Electronic products are made from valuable resources and materials, including metals, plastics, and glass, all of which require energy to mine and manufacture. Donating or recycling consumer electronics conserves our natural resources and avoids air and water pollution, as well as greenhouse gas emissions caused by manufacturing virgin materials.

Accepts residential electronics at no additional charge.

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE CENTERS (ESC)
Both North and South ESC locations accept household hazardous waste and residential electronic waste.

Electronics should not be placed at the curb with garbage or heavy trash.

MANUFACTURER TAKE‑BACK PROGRAMS (FREE)
exas requires manufacturers to offer free recycling programs for computers and televisions. Find your manufacturer and follow their recycling instructions:

MONTHLY DROP‑OFF EVENTS

The monthly Saturday electronics recycling events will be held 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the:

• Kingwood Metro Transit Center
• When: 1st Saturday of each month
