Grants + Funding

The Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs (MOCA) provides grants to artists, creatives, musicians, and non-profit organizations with projects that are open to the public. These grants are funded with local Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) revenue and are available through Houston Arts Alliance and Miller Outdoor Theatre.
