Todos los pagos en línea se procesan en dos (2) transacciones separadas. El pago correspondiente a la(s) multa(s) constituye una transacción, mientras que la tarifa por servicio se procesa como una segunda transacción independiente. Si realiza el pago con una tarjeta de débito o una tarjeta prepago, se recomienda notificar previamente a su institución bancaria acerca del próximo cargo que se completará en dos (2) transacciones: una por el monto de la multa y otra por la tarifa por servicio. Le recordamos verificar que su cuenta disponga de fondos suficientes para cubrir ambos montos. En caso de no contar con los fondos necesarios para la segunda transacción, cuando se procese la tarifa por servicio, la transacción inicial también será rechazada. Además, su institución bancaria podría retener los fondos por un período de hasta 30 días.
