LOW-COST WELLNESS SERVICES
At BARC’s Low-Cost Wellness Center, we believe every pet deserves access to essential veterinary care. Our affordable services help Houston pet owners protect their pets’ health while supporting responsible pet ownership across our community.
We offer low-cost microchipping, core vaccinations, heartworm testing, flea and tick prevention, and money-saving wellness packages designed to make preventive care simple and accessible.
Our clinic operates by appointment only, making visits efficient and stress-free. Appointments can be conveniently scheduled online or by phone! Healthy pets start with prevention, and we’re here to help every step of the way!

Schedule a Wellness Appointment
Wellness Clinic
Schedule a general wellness visit for your pet at BARC’s Wellness Center. These appointments are for first-time visits and annual care, including core vaccinations, rabies vaccines, heartworm testing, microchipping, flea and heartworm prevention, and other routine preventative services.
Medication Refill
If your pet is an established Wellness Center client, you may be eligible to schedule a convenient pick-up appointment for flea or heartworm prevention without bringing your pet in. Restrictions apply, and both your pet and account must meet eligibility requirements.

Foster Clinic
These appointments are reserved exclusively for pets currently in BARC foster care. We are unable to provide services for fosters from other organizations. Foster Clinic appointments are for routine, non-emergency care and are available by appointment only.
