Parking Benefit Districts - Museum Park

In 2019, City Council authorized the establishment of the Museum Park Parking Benefit District (MPBD). When the MPBD fund reaches the threshold of $524,000 in gross meter and permit revenue for the fiscal year, sixty (60%) of the net revenue above the threshold will be dedicated to a fund for public improvement improvements within the Museum Park District.

The Greater Southeast Management District has an advisory committee that meets quarterly. The Advisory Committee makes recommendations to the City of Houston for public improvement projects.
