Adriana Gonzalez
President/CEO, Hispanic Entrepreneurs of Houston
Adriana Gonzalez is the President & CEO of Hispanic Entrepreneurs of Houston, a nonprofit dedicated to the education and growth of Hispanic-owned businesses. Born in Montevideo, Uruguay, she moved to the United States in 1980 and has been married for 36 years to Mario Gonzalez, with whom she co-founded One-Way LLC, a traffic control and manufacturing company that has grown over 24 years into a trusted contractor for major projects.
As a business leader and international speaker, Adriana delivers conferences across the Americas on marketing, finance, strategic planning, and U.S. business culture. Fluent in Spanish and English, she has built key international partnerships that foster trade missions and global business opportunities.
A committed community advocate, she serves on multiple advisory boards and co-founded “Nick’s Team,” supporting cancer research at Texas Children’s Hospital. Adriana has received numerous recognitions, including an official City of Houston proclamation naming November 1, 2024, as “Adriana Gonzalez Day,” and honors from the SBA, Port of Houston, and other organizations for her leadership and dedication to small business education.
