Supplier Registration
Suppliers are required to register on Beacon Bid Agency Portal in order to respond to the solicitations of the City of Houston. After the supplier is awarded a contract or a purchase order, a detailed instruction will be provided to the supplier on how to proceed.

Q: How do I register on BeaconBid.com?
A: Visit the Beacon Bid Agency Portal and click "Subscribe to Agency" to begin the registration process with the City of Houston.

Q: I am a registered supplier with the City of Houston, why do I need to register again?
A: The City of Houston is now using Beacon Bid to publish all available solicitations. All suppliers need to complete Beacon Bid registration to access and respond to available solicitations.
Q: What do I expect after I am awarded a contract or a purchase order?
A: The buyer associated with the solicitation will provide you with detailed instructions to complete the process, along with a transaction ID to be used for the contract, purchase order, and payment purposes.
