Everyone must complete the four steps below in order to register an STR:

If you own the property, follow the steps below:

Register Your STR –as the property owner 1:17

Review and Update Registrant Information 1:45

Emergency Contact Information 4:02

Provide STR Platform Links and Hotel Occupancy Tax Info 5:13

Register as an Operator 8:43

If you do not own the property -- follow the steps below to register as an operator:
