September 9, 2026 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 5959 Guhn Road about 10 p.m. on Tuesday( September 8).

The identity of the deceased male, 54, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives M. Perez and A. Hernandez reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to shooting call at a business at the above address and found a man with a gunshot wound inside a room. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the man deceased.

At this time there is no known motive or suspect(s).
