March 02, 2026 - Houston police are investigating the fatal auto-pedestrian crash that occurred at 3800 Reveille Street about 10 p.m. on Sunday (March 1).

The identity of the deceased male, 31, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant R. Dallas and Officer N. Solomon reported:

A pedestrian stepped off the median, into a moving lane of traffic and was struck by a black Ford Mustang traveling northbound near the above address. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the male pedestrian deceased at the scene.

The driver of the Ford remained at the scene, did not show signs of intoxication, and was questioned and released.
